Shipping prices vary based on:
Package weight and size, Destination location, Selected courier service. Any applicable customs duties or taxes (for international orders)
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Carriers Used: We ship via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Fastway, AnPost or UPS, depending on your selection and destination.
Tracking:
All shipments include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged in original packaging, and in resell able condition.
Used, safety sticker removed, or damaged items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or been damaged by currier.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged by currier or got different item as ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Please report any damaged or faulty products within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
