Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Carriers Used: We ship via trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Fastway, AnPost or UPS, depending on your selection and destination.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resell able condition.

Used, safety sticker removed, or damaged items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or been damaged by currier.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged by currier or got different item as ordered.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Please report any damaged or faulty products within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
